I’ve been doing business with RMI GEORGETOWN for almost 10 years now and I can honestly say that this is the BEST place for all of my HVAC needs. Leo, Travis, Jimmy, and John are always very helpful!!! Greatest guys ever!!
Front counter personal are very disrespectful before I was not helped the counter person was on the phone with someone that needed help and he was being very disrespectful to the guy and continued to degrade him after he hung up I was told they couldn’t sell me anything without a contractor license but I work for an HVAC company so you’re telling me only owners that carry the license can be the only person that can buy from you that’s the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard from a supplier how do techs get parts definitely won’t b... read more
