Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Does this provider have helpful information available online? Definitely Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this provider's office? Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep Did this provider have reasonable prices? Absolutely! Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Definitely! I saw it as soon as I walked in!

Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Definitely! They always call me back very quickly! Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Absolutely! This provider always listens carefully to what I have to say! Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Definitely! Everyone knows they are the best around! Was the waiting area spacious? Yes

Does this provider treat their staff well? Yes, they treat their staff with respect Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Yes Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me. Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, if they had music on it was very soothing

I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. My primary concern was if the Doctor would be able to asses my whirlwind 3 year old. Although my son was hesitant at first, the Doctor was able to quickly engage him and complete the assessment and vist.

Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? I had to wait for a little while. Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation. Was the waiting area spacious? Yes
