Office Staff Training Needed Those who answer phones and check in/check out patients could use some customer service and common courtesy training. When I call to make an appointment the staff often sounds as though I am interrupting them and are anxious to get rid of me. The same when I actually show up for an appointment. They rarely say hello when I arrive and sometimes don't even stop their own personal conversation to acknowledge my arrival. Needs curtains!! I've only gone to Dr. Jackson once, so far, but he was a pleasant and put me at ease. I ended up having a biopsy that day to an odd marking on my skin and my one complaint is that that they didn't have a privacy curtain. I was not comfortable changing in the room without it and at one point the nurse and the doctor left and came back while I was in a gown and the door was wide open until they decided to close it and anyone walking by could have seen me in my undergarments and gown.
