I had the absolute best appointment with Dr. Goecker. He was so thorough, knowledgeable and I felt like I had as much time as I needed to go over my concerns.
I’m a vascular surgeon who worked with Dr. Goecker for more than a decade during his time in Sarasota, Florida before relocating to Winston-Salem. He is head and shoulders above any podiatrist I ever worked with in my 30 year career.
Dr. G has been caring for my feet for several years now, doing an excellent job. I started with him when it was discovered I had a break in my toe, that he took care of. I will miss him but wish him a lot of luck in his new home and new location. I look forward to the care of Dr. Lansday who I did see on a previous occasion.

I was getting tired of taking all those pills, insulin shots, being lazy and tired. So I started juicing. What a difference in quality of life. Sugar levels dropped to normal, increased energy. Dr. Goecker is definitely my “go to” doctor for all things “feet”. I have been faithful to him since he did my neuroma surgery in 2002.
Dr. Goecker listens to his patients and takes the time to explain things about the patients issues. I've been seeing him since 2004 and he's ALWAYS has done an excellent job for my feet. I trust his judgement and preventive measures for the proper way to take care of my feet.
