After heavy rains xmas and new years, my 40 year old flat roof leaked. I got 3 referrals for roofers from neighbor realtor; left detailed messages on voice mail and never got a call back from the first 2. #3 Hawk picked up the phone after a few rings, took info, said Steve (manager) would call back (right, I thought). 5 min later he called, came to the house after weekend for thorugh eval, had detailed proposal ready 24hrs later, and was able to start the project a week later. I was having a really hard time getting a roofer to my home. I received a referral for Stephen from my realtor. Thank God for Stephen. He was out to my house quickly. He checked out the entire roof for leaks. He provided a video of inspection. I felt secure with the repairs he recommended. I could see what needed to be done thanks to him.
