Every question I had was answered thoroughly Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this eye care office? Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep Do you feel confident that this provider will work with you until a solution is reached? Definitely

Was this provider helpful about using your insurance coverage? No Does the provider's staff try to be helpful? No Did this optometrist provide you with an accurate prescription? It seemed to be a fairly accurate prescription, but I'm still not seeing perfectly Did this provider show attention to detail? No Are you going to visit this provider again? No

Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Yes, I could tell the staff respected him/her Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? No, they were very calm and understanding

No, there was no annoying music Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation. Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes Does this provider remember you by name? Sometimes, but not always

No, they didn't wear any cologne Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly
