MS. KATHY, DR. CROOKS, AND NURSE KATE WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL, PATIENT, COURTEOUS, AND SHOWED GENUINE INTEREST IN MY OVERALL CARE. I WAS TAKEN EARLIER THAN MY APPOINTMENT SCHEDULED TIME. THE OFFICE DEMONSTRATED COMPLIANCE WITH THE COVID-19 CONCERNS. I HAVE BEEN SEEN BY THEM BEFORE AND FOR THIS REASON, THERE WERE NO RESERVATIONS. I was referred to him for a broken jaw. He got me in right away, was super nice and did a great job on the surgery and follow up.
Dr, Crooks is rude and a very inconsiderate person. He has poor customer service skills. Stay far away from him if you're going to get your teeth extracted. I was in a lot of pain because my gums were infected, so while he was trying to extract my teeth. He said if I move he's not going to work on my mouth. When I told him, I was still feeling the pain. He got mad and walked away while I was in the chair bleeding. Then, he told me he's not working on my mouth and he is not giving me antibiotics or pain medication to help me.... read more
Had surgery to repair blown out eye socket. Dr. Crooks did an excellent job.
He is the best in the business. I have nothing but satisfaction with his service.
Dr. Crooks removed my wisdom teeth as well as my husbands and he removed permanent teeth for one of my children. He did a great job and always takes great care of us! His staff is also very nice and does a good job!
Dr. Crooks and his entire staff are amazing! I recommend this office for ANY procedure that can be done there! I had 4 wisdom teeth surgically removed at one time today and he made it fast, comfortable and affordable! He even called me tonight from his personal time to check on me! He's AWESOME!
I have been to Dr. Crooks several times for removal of wisdom teeth. He is kind and considerate and he will explain the procedure and he gives you option. He is always professional, he will personally take time out of his busy schedule to call to check on you and see how you are feeling. Never had that done before. He is BEST!
