Loved this place. I wish I would have found Dr. Hemphill years ago! She was knowledgeable about her profession and homeopathic and natural remedies. Totally personal and takes time to go over your concerns. She even did extra by letting my kids come in the exam room with me and made them feel comfortable while watching me get my full exam. Thank you for not being one of those corporate places with inexperienced doctors that you pay a fortune for. Whew! Loved this practice.
The staff was professional & thorough in the testing & imaging needed for Dr. Mary Hemphill's consultation & diagnosis . Everyone was very friendly & helpful by explaining all that was involved in my visit here!

I called a couple of times to check on my glasses. The second time the girl who answered the phone was snarky. She told me that it takes time, and my glasses will be ready when they're ready. They will let me know, and stop calling basically. I finally received a text message about my glasses being ready. I go to pick them up, and the person who is fitting them for me apologizes because my glasses were sent with the wrong lenses. They had to be sent back, and redone which was never told to me.
