I went yesterday 8/20/26. For my annual exam. It was very corporate, rushed through didn’t seem to care about my previous eye history, which is very significant. I have been a patient for 30 years and will be finding new eye care
Very disappointed with my experience at this eye clinic. The front desk staff, especially one older woman with white hair—I believe her name was Sharon—was extremely rude and disrespectful toward me. We were only about two minutes late because it was raining, and my daughter’s school had also delayed letting her out.
