There are many, many builders out there and we heard so many warnings about anticipating being over budget and over the timeline. Lucke finished our home early (2.5 months early in fact) and at the cost they estimated. If that wasn't a feat enough, I wanted to wait until months after we closed on our home to comment on the after-sales care we have received as well as the quality of our home. Robert Lucke is an outstanding builder. Professional, responsive, and they do high quality work. We built our Lucke home over 6 years ago and our experience was excellent and still is today. Recently, we had a minor issue with our exterior brick and Lucke came right out to repair the issue right away. Not many builders would offer that type of customer service. I highly recommend Lucke. Scott Lucke and his team are the best.
