Very helpful all around when I broke my ankle.
I was nervous about having ankle replacement surgery as it is relatively new. After having both knees replaced 8 months ago this surgery was a piece of cake. I'm 41/2 weeks into recovery with minimal pain(quit oxy after a week). I was non weight bearing for the first week, then got a boot. Slowly started walking and after a week no longer need the scooter. I just started driving short trips in the car and it doesn't hurt. Dr. Leland is absolutely amazing—from his incredible surgical skills to the genuine care he shows at every visit. Each appointment, I felt truly welcomed and confident I was in the best hands. He was even thoughtful about the placement of my scar around my tattoo, which is much appreciated! His MA, Erin, is just as wonderful—always greeting you with a warm smile and open arms. Breaking my ankle was an awful experience, but I’m so grateful to have had such an amazing team by my side through it all.
I had a great experience with Dr Leland. He took my issues seriously and I really appreciate how stress-free my whole experience was. Every member of the staff was pleasant and helpful. Highly recommend!
