Dr. Patton is an excellent Doctor. He really cares for his patients. He listens, he's easy to talk to, and he's got a great bedside manner. We've been taking our boys there for their entire lives so far and we trust Dr. Patton to always give the correct diagnosis and treatment.
Dr. Patton took care of our children. He diagnosed and treated our children who had health problems. He really cares and is very knowledgeable. We followed his advice as he earned our trust. We consider him a friend of the family.
Dr. Patton is great! The scheduling staff are rude and not helpful. It was over a month wait to get my daughter in for a flu shot which should only require a nurse visit. Walgreens on the other hand somehow managed to get an appointment same day. Maybe this is a normal wait time for this area? We came from Seattle where most places could fit you in same or next day for vaccines.
Good at seeing you same day . But the actual DRs are garbage. Took our little man in 3 times within 2 week period for continuous fever and discomfort, every time it was "he is ok, that can be normal, it's not an extreme fever". Go to a different provider and discover has ear infection. This place was our main providers since his birth. Every time we had a concern, I mean every time, "that's normal". No longer going there and do NOT recommend
