I do not understand the prior complaint. I was actually looking up the number and found this very false comment. I have been going to this jewelry store for years. In fact, I have never dealt with such inviting jewelers. The atmosphere is exceptional and the service is as well. Obviously though, there will always be those who do not know much about jewelry or repair that have complaints. If you dont believe me after the previous comment go in and see for yourself, I am sure you will be pleasantly suprised!
THIS JEWELER IS NOT TRUST WORTHY THEY SWITCH DIAMONDS WHEN YOU LEAVE THEM FOR A SETTING CHANGE. THEN BLAME THE CUSTOMER FOR HAVING ALREADY FLAWED MERCHANDISE IF YOU VALUE YOUR PROPERTY YOU WILL NOT TRUST SUCH AND UNETHICAL COMPANY WITH NO MORALS OR RESPONSIBLE MANAGEMENT BUYERS SELLERS REPAIRS NEEDED PLEASE BEWARE OF THE SWITCH AND THE UNTRUTHS
