I had a ring from my grandmother that I never wore. After consulting with Robert, I decided to make it into a pendant. They did a fabulous job and were extremely reasonable. They helped me pick out a chain and even modified it so that the necklace would be more versatile. Now I have this amazing piece of jewelry that I'll actually wear! And best of all, I'll be able to carry my grandmother's memory with me when I wear it. Thank you!
