After missing the last stair in my stairwell back in April, I went straight to TOA. X-rays showed an ankle break which did require surgery. I was fortunate enough to be assigned to a doctor that I would highly recommend. Dr. Thompson is by far one of the most humble and professional doctors I have ever met. He kept me informed every step( pun intended!)of the way. From what they would do in the surgery, to post op care, through the healing process to rehab. Exceptional doctor with great bedside manner.
Dr. Thompson explained all of the various treatment processes for my foot problems. He listened to me and helped me understand what options were available. This was an exceptional office visit and I was impressed by Dr. Thompson’s professionalism! Thank you so much.

Patient and really listened to me regarding my pain and knowledge of my body and what works for me. Kind, friendly, and personable. Only complaint I have is the wait time was long. My appointment was at 3:30 and I didn’t see the doc until after 4:30. I understand he has a lot of patients to see but it was a bit frustrating.
Dr. Thompson explained my issue in great detail and where I understood in non-medical words.
