I saw Dr. Thompson for what I suspected was a minor fracture but x-ray showed tendonitis. I got 2 prescriptions for inflammation, a pill and lotion. Both worked. Also got a wedge for my shoe, which also worked and cost a whopping $20. A lace-up soft boot was recommended and charged as "medical equipment." I ended up paying $145 for something I did not need or wear and could have purchased for $30. MT orthopedics is legitimate but also a business with huge mark-ups. Dr Thompson is a fantastic orthopedic surgeon who takes his time to listen and explain his diagnosis and treatment plan I would recommend him to anyone who needs a foot and ankle specialist!!!!
