Terrible surgeon. Pompous, talks down and is dismissive to his patients concern. First surgery was a big failure and Tatsumi refused to answer calls after into I left a poor review. Only cares about his reputation. I am forced to get a second surgery to correct it with another surgeon
Not happy with the results. It was supposed to be a relatively rudimentary back surgery with results that did nothing for my back. Now he wants to do a second surgery. I don't know if I want to go through that again with little confidence of a better result. Adding to this January 2026 - We went ahead with the second surgery and it has not improved my original condition. Currently I am on long term pain management program which is not where I want to be. Very upsetting!
I went to see this doctor for a second opinion for my collapsed spine. He practically refused see me no reasons given.
I sought out a surgeon who could do multi-level ADR (artificial disc replacement) and/or hybrid surgeries (ADR + fusion) for a lower lumbar problem I had 4+ years ago (right hip, thigh, and knee were on FIRE often throughout the day, and my right foot was going numb repeatedly every day...PT and meds and shots did NOTHING to improve).
