Dr Spencer is fantastic. He is kind and incredibly dedicated to his patients. If i ever have an issue that needs prompt attention, Dr. Spencer has made sure it gets done. Referrals sent right away, prescriptions sent in, in-office procedures scheduled, lab results reported on, etc.He is also really chill and is one of the most down to earth doctors I have ever met. He explains issues without talking down to you, and will actually take the time to help you understand what’s happening. You couldn’t ask for more from a primary ... read more
He is fantastic! You are treated with respect and he takes time with you and doesn't treat you like a number. My entire family goes to Dr. Spencer.
Dr. John F. Pohl is a great Doctor but communicating with his Medical assistants is another story. They are hard to hear when you call in it sounds like they put you on a speaker phone and they don't add the notes in the chart from phone conversations. It took 3 days to communicate that my son needed a different form of the medication he is on because of consistency issues that were discussed at the time of the appointment. The medical assistant after 24 hours from my fist call left me message to call back without a name or ... read more
My daughter hurt her arm. Dr Spencer ordered x-rays. Before the results came back he said, "I think the arm is dislocated" so he tried to fix it. Turns out her arm was broken. My daughter was in so much pain.
My daughter gets sinus infections regularly. She happened to get covid and was in day 9 of her quarantine. She had a telehealth visit with dr Spencer. She had ALL the symptoms of a sinus infection, we are familiar because she gets them often, especially after a cold He was not attentive and told her we don’t treat sinus inf with antibiotics. Which has never been the case. He told her to go get Flonase. Complete waste of my money. Ended up getting antibiotics from another dr and she felt completely better in 3 days. Really di... read more
Dr. Baum had the personality of a toad. He barely greeted me and did not know what procedure he was doing on me, I had to explain it as they could not find the referral from my oncologist. Also, the tension was noticeable between the Dr and staff in the procedure room. This hardly puts a patient at ease. After the procedure, he never did come to the recovery room to report his findings to either me or my husband.
Dr Pohl is the best!!!!
When I transferred to Dr Spencer I provided the medications which I was prescribed from my previous physician as well as my neurologist. The only medication he questioned was the dosage of the medication the neurologist had prescribed. He determined it was too high and cut it down to 1/4. As anticipated, my health condition returned and I was back in his office to acquire a refill for the original dosage. When I went in for my annual refills, I assumed he sent refills in for everything, however, fast forward 2 months and I l... read more
