I have now resolved the misunderstanding. Dr Duhaney called me himself. I did not realize that they have policies that must be met I did not want to change Doctors for they are the best in the business. Thank you for the team for helping me to still be a patient at this facility
I have been a patient of his for around 10 years. I have had a couple of changes to my insurance. Yesterday I was told the visit would be 100% covered. Today I went their and they want half the balance of what I owe. I had worked that out with someone in the office 2 weeks prior that is when I found out I owed money. Needless to say I did not get to see the doctor. Until I pay 250. I haven't met Dr. Robert Duhaney yet, but my new patient consultation appointment was with Dr. Daria Woods and I was completely satisfied with her professionalism, compassion & IMPECCABLE bedside manner!!!! Even the staff exemplify the same characteristics!! I am so glad God led me here bc it is always a struggle leaving a familiar place to a new one. She also does women health & wellness so you get an OBGYN & PCP in the same office!
excellent service, great communication from his staff. Dr Duhaney is top notch! Highly recommend
