Big shout out to Robert Koehler. He listed my property on 11/8/24 and now I have a Tenant that signed on 12/16/2024. He even nailed down a piece of trim against the wall for me. He was very thorough, answered all my questions, email, text me. Always kept me updated. If I emailed or text he responded promptly. I highly recommend this very kind man.
Robert helped us find and buy our home. I was a first time home buyer. We had other real estate agents approach us and I didn't respond well to them. Robert was exactly what I and my husband needed. He was willing be flexible and help make things work, even when timing was hard as we lived about 4 hours away at the time.
