Very impersonal, my first visit a woman came in the room didn't tell me who she was I thought she was the eye doctor, she started doing test, with no communication with me, Dr King was almost the same, all test, my eyes are important, think maybe a little lite communication, with exams, I wasn't impressed with the other employees, to me just a job
