Dr. Kerlan takes time to listen to a patient's concerns & explains in very simple terms what you need to know. He does not rush you out of the office to get to his next patient. He genuinely cares.
1st off- Very friendly, kind, & attentive Dr. Reviews are correct- Attentively listens & answers Qs. PROBLEM- After months of appts for problem suffered from for 4yrs, his Only solutions were "his opinion" of what Could work instead of suggesting tests or methods to rule out Other probable causes. None of his suggestions worked & even told me in my last appt bc of my young age & appearance I seemed healthy & admitted couldn't help me. I'm Not fine! And only improvements were from My own research
Went too Dr Kerlan for degestive issues , thought so highly would now like to have him as my primary. Everyone that worked in the office was polite and professional

You will not find a more caring, attentive and thorough Dr. than Dr. Kerlan, AND he has a wonderful personality! I left my first appointment, which was quite complicated with my particular health issues, knowing that my care was in the absolute best hands. It honestly could not have gone better or made me feel more confident about my future GI needs. His staff is excellent as well. Just a wonderful experience.
I'm a new patient of Dr. Kerlan's. I was impressed by his willingness to listen to my concerns and answer all my questions. I have come across very few doctors like him. He's very thorough, friendly, caring and patient and he has an amazing staff as well.
I'm a new patient. Dr. Kerlan is the best! He cleared up so many unanswered questions pertaining to the numerous symptoms I am having. I was beginning to think I was paranoid because the other physicians I saw was telling me that everything was normal. Dr. Kerlan is so kind & caring. He takes his time to ask questions, listens attentively, gives the best advice, & isn't in a hurry to excuse you from his office. He has a great & very friendly staff too. Short wait time.....15-20 minute
