I was there for a physical- went very well
Five stars but I got the wrong imaging order. They said they would fax, but I don’t know to get it. Efax wanted my cc info with $16 a month after first time. Please mail the order to me or my email. I’ve been seeing Dr Kerlan for 20 years with no problems.
My telemedicine visit was the usual visit with Dr. Kerlan, friendly, competent, caring, not rushed.
Dr. Kerlan took a lot of his time with us today and reassured us on our road to recovery. He has first hand experience in some of my injuries. He gives excellent patient care.
I loved the visit because the staff was prompt and professional. Dr. Kerlan was very affable and made me feel comfortable. I was a lil nervous and anxious at first but his personality and demeanor made me feel calm. He also listened to me instead of just talking at me like a doctor.
My visits are normally pleasant with a reasonable wait-time. Most of the staff are very accommodating. Dr. Kerlan is well known as a superior professional; I trust him and his advise. My friends and family are well aware of his expertise and care.
Dr. Kerlan is ver professional and knowledgeable about medical issues. He is warm and makes me feel relaxed even when I’m not feeling my best. He offers sound and practical assessment of my medical needs.
Dr. Kerlan takes time to listen to a patient's concerns & explains in very simple terms what you need to know. He does not rush you out of the office to get to his next patient. He genuinely cares.
1st off- Very friendly, kind, & attentive Dr. Reviews are correct- Attentively listens & answers Qs. PROBLEM- After months of appts for problem suffered from for 4yrs, his Only solutions were "his opinion" of what Could work instead of suggesting tests or methods to rule out Other probable causes. None of his suggestions worked & even told me in my last appt bc of my young age & appearance I seemed healthy & admitted couldn't help me. I'm Not fine! And only improvements were from My own research
