Couldn't say enough about Dr. Kerlan. I have written him 3 times since he retired and all have been returned, much to my dismay. My opinion ? The best doctor I ever had and I miss our often hilarious visits.
Dr Kerlan is the best. I am very upset about him leaving. There will never be another doctor in the office to replace him. My entire family went to him. He was more than a doctor to us. He was our friend. Frank and Liz Cates
He always does his best to help find a solution. He actually takes time to talk things out. He makes sure you understand your body and what is happening and tries and find solutions.
I have seen him for year. I like him very much.

Doctor really listens, doesn't rush you out the door. Best doctor I've encountered. Entire staff very friendly.
All was pleasant and efficient
Dr. Kerlan always listens and truly cares for me and my concerns as a patient. Regretfully billing is my biggest complaint. The hospital instructs the office to collect a payment (copay) at the end of each visit. But I have coinsurance (so my financial responsibility is only known after the insurance claim is fully processed) and I use a healthcare spending account to pay. So if I have split/partial payments it causes all sorts of issues reconciling the healthcare spending account.
