Dr Kaplinsky is the kindest most caring physician by far. He makes you feel comfortable by explaining the problem thoroughly as well as the procedure needed. Excellent surgeon as well. I am very grateful that I was recommended to see him.
The Doctor is ok. The office staff however is horrible. Ladies are rude, condescending, lack of customer service and horrible in communicating. They actually accuse patients of making mistakes when questioning their procedures. Horribly unorganized. I've been to many doctors in my lifetime but this is probably the worst office and treatment I ever received.
My mom took my pre-dementia father to see Dr. Kaplinsky. Their visit was mortifying. This doctor was completely rude, obnoxious and made inappropriate comments. I wouldn't send my enemies to him.
Excellent physician! Great urologist. Patient and attentive in answering your questions.
