Well, I first contacted Dr. Thein after having a blotched attempt for an implant at some sham place on North Hollywood. As soon as I walked into his office he's got pictures of the work he's done. Needless to say I was impressed. He's very meticulous and detail oriented about his work. He explained in detail the entire process. Completely satisfied with the way my implant turned out. Would highly highly recommend him to anyone. Feel free to contact me as a reference.
After having 3 implants performed with Dr. Thein, I can safely say he is hands down the best implant dentist in Los Angeles. There's really nothing else to say.
