I love Dr. Hurst and his staff. They were very friendly and professional. I was seen quickly for my eye exam.
Not a good eye clinic. The doctor spends a few minutes with you and doesn t look you over we ll. I spent \$400 on scratch resistant glasses to have them get scratched with gental care. I was talked into a brand of contacts that had a \$100 rebate, to find out there was no rebate. I keep getting charged a \$37 fitting fee . When I asked why I get charged a fitting fee when all the other places don t, the girls up front just stare like its a stupid question. Never going back. Tired of getting ripped off. Probably the worst clinic I visited in Bentonville. The Doctor was late and had 5 patients waiting. It took hardly 5 minutes to complete the examination and ended up giving a wrong power. After a detailed check-up within next 10 days at another clinic, I found that the power given in hurst was 0.25 lesser than the actual power needed. Won t recommend this clinic to anybody... very frustrating experience...
I was so impressed with Dr. Hurst. I was reaching that age where I could no longer read close up. He helped me find the right bifocal contacts and I love them. Thanks Dr. Hurst for taking the extra time to help me get it right. I would not go anywhere else. He takes care of my whole family.
The first few times I saw Dr. Hurst, I thought the same thing you all did, but then I saw someone else who was absolutely awful and did not give me a good prescription. Dr. Hurst may be quiet and doesnt chat your ear off and goes quickly but he knows his stuff and Ive never had to go back for a new prescription. If you need a friend, perhaps hes not the right one for you. But hes a good eye doctor.

This place is a joke! Dont go there. All the previous awful reviews are right.
Very unprofessional and rude front office staff. I regret going there and would suggest to anyone else to take your business elsewhere
