I was referred to Dr. Foust for cleaning and review for root canal of a decayed tooth. The referral was made by my GD one week after 3 wisdom teeth being extracted. I was told to expect a cleaning and scheduling of the root canal, considering my mouth needed time to heal. However, when I arrived Dr. Foust said they would be doing the root canal that day (one week after my previous oral surgery). I was taken aback but unfortunately agreed. My pain following this operation is exponentially worse.
After drilling my face for over an hour for a root canal, this unfriendly man told me to take 2 ibuprofen when I got home, which I was shocked to hear considering the amount of pain in store for me. I told him I was uncomfortable leaving without real medicine to which he very rudely, mockingly, and condescendingly replied I'm going to give you a prescription for 'real medicine.' Of course when I got to the pharmacy, I learned he'd called in an ibuprofen prescription. Treated me like a kid.
