I had a wonderful experience with Robert Jones roofing and the crew! Jason Walton lead me every step of the way from start to finish! Not only did they do wonderful work and clean up, but they dealt with my mortgage company keeping our insurance funds hostage. Jason worked with us and made what was not only stressful and a little scary, into a positive experience! Another AWESOME aspect is they were the most affordable quote I received in the county! Thanks guys for a job well done! 10/10 🤩
Robert Jones roofing was super helpful after a dryer vent cleaning company could not reach my dryer vent on the second floor of our home they came out and took care of it. Jason Walton was very responsive and helpful. They came out within a couple of days, cleaned out the lint from the dryer vent and while they were up there cleaned out the gutters too. What service! Highly recommend working with them!
My experience has been pretty bad. I called to fix a leak in the roof, They charged me $1,300 to patch it up. The roof still leaked so I called them back. They come in a second time to patch it up. The leak simply migrated to the bedroom next to the original leak. The entire time there was little communication. I tried calling on several occasions to find out exactly what was done to "fix" the roof and left messages for them to get back to me. Crickets... At this point Im lucky if I get a refund. I would definitely highly recommend Robert Jones Roofing. I just can’t say enough about the general Operation of this business, From the salesmanship, The work ethic, The real people that actually answer the phones when you call with a pleasant and helpful attitude, and their patience was just amazing, (Because working with your insurance company can be challenging), but they never let that waiver their super Impeccable customer service from beginning to end.
