Neither Robert Jenny design nor RJC ("Jenny") designed our home but posted statements indicated that they did. Jenny took and posted photographs of our home without our permission. Jenny installed a different Heating/HVAC system than the one that had been recommended by the project architect. Jenny never delivered the required commissioning report for the HVAC system he installed. Solid work and a genuinely good guy.
Robert has refused to resolve faulty craftsmanship and the project was incredibly late and past their promised timeline. RJD now will not return funds owed for materials returned to vendors and is not responsive for the warranty items and refund. He has also stated to me in writing his company has been having financial issues. Not to be trusted. Worst business experience I have had in my life.
