Had my last cut at Robert James Salon today. Unfortunately, Robert could not negotiate a decent rent cost with his property manager and has to close the salon. I am hoping Robert finds another place to cut hair, as he's the best in town.

I don't recommend Kathleen. It's unfortunate too because she's a decent hair dresser. However, she refused to honor my Groupon or discuss options with me. It was my second Groupon with her, more than 6 months apart. I had intended to go to her regularly but had brain surgery and was letting my hair grow back out since my first appointment with her, which I told her would be necessary during my first appointment. I needed someone to cut my hair the way I explained an by photo. A simple pixi cut. Reba, who is one of the stylists was not only proficient in her work, she also is very friendly an easy to talk with. She also had sported a pixie cut that I was looking for. She is a seasoned stylist who has many years of experience. I was in/out in about half hour. She is very reasonable in price. I highly recommend her next time you're looking for a great cut, or style for your hair needs.

Kathleen was stingy with the partial highlights..my daughter has one (and only one) highlight on the back of her head that looks very weird and barely can see the other highlights. . Hair cut is uneven and she took other clients first that had appoinments after my daughter. My daughter was there 4 hours while kathleen worked on other clients hair. She would not return text or call. She did not use the gloss either which we paid for. Please do not get scammed.

Pleasantly surprised at my first haircut in 6 years! I have severe anxiety surrounding cutting my hair due to a connective tissue disease and the amount of time it takes for my hair to grow back after.
