This is simply about the coordinator. Dr. Jackson seems like a wonderful DR so far. The coordinator is dismissive. She will belittle you and shut you down for not knowing costs and codes for procedures. She will expect you to know her job definition and if you ask for help she will talk over you and scold you. She's been there for 15 years and knows insurance great according to other staff. Terrible at communicating with patients though. At least in my experience
Very professional, informative and takes the time to explain all prior to surgery and after. I would recommend him to anyone.
I had back surgery in 2015. My surgery was successful and I’m doing well. Thankful for Dr Jackson!
Dr. Jackson and his surgical team were extremely professional, competent, and compassionate. I consider myself fortunate for working with him and his team. Best of all, my pain and discomfort is completely gone and I’m back to a normal active life.
