Puts me at ease during visits and is inviting to hearing from me if I have issues. Sometimes seems hurried but doesn't distract from the appt. I've had an angiogram with him two times and was very apprehensive about it and he put me right at ease during the procedure. Seems interested in how my life impacts my health challenges. Also the same for a Stress Test. He is all business but colors that with appropriate conversation.
Dr Rok has an excellent friendly and professional manner...he is a straight shooter with the patient and family. Scheduling is easy and receptive to needs.
