Unfortunately, hindsight is perfect – When Loveland's report came in, I was not surprised by his recommendations, and so I was not too disappointed by it. I was pleased with the amount of parenting time I was able to get, given the overwhelming bias against working fathers in Loveland's industry. Very Male Bias – He is so one sided and thinks that his decision is gospel. He should be thrown out of this profession as he is dangerous to all!! If or when you hear his name, run don't hide. He will damage your life and ulimately your childs. His decision making is decided on who writes the biggest check and not what the best interest is for the child. In the end the child becomes his targeted mark of betrayal to the other parent. Pray that you never hear this name!!
Not a good evaluator – Dr. Loveland seems to be interested in listening but I question what he writes down. He seems to agree with you but watch out for his end report. He doesn't go by evidence brought to him he just thinks he is all knowing. Doesn't talk with the children to get their view at all. Even when he was presented the true he ignored the truth and the child is now suffering. Honest, fair and smarter than most of us in this field. – Even when I disagree with him, he explains his reasoning well. I believe if you need him you allready have a disaster in your family. He has been fair when it comes to the kids and thats his focus/ purpose. I would not say he is anti- anything. I have custody, but that is not as important as the needs of your child being met.
