Had the wonderful pleasure of meeting Amy Phelps and her amazing crew at a wedding event this weekend and it went off flawlessly . The event was top notch ,the food was fantastic and the service incredible, I personally could not have been more impressed, Ken Glaser !
They were great for our event! We wante a more elevated feel to the food but still keep the food at a "BBQ" level. They found the perfect balance for us and made it happen! Everyone loved the food, the setup/tear down was smooth, their bartender was amazing; they helped any way they could and it was great. Thanks for all the help!
Ultimately I'm very disappointed. Figuring out pricing, scheduling, ana payments with this caterer was very difficult. My contract was drawn up incorrectly multiple times. They never offered to do a tasting with us, I had to ask. Their payment system didn't work correctly and I had to contact them multiple times to find a way to make payments properly. We recently had Robert J cater our wedding and they were simply amazing!! Their communication was awesome, they made sure all of the little details were all ironed out in advance, and then on the day of checked in with us to make sure everything was going okay. They helped us so much with setting up our cookie table and cake cutting and just made the day so much easier in general. Thank you!!
