I’m extremely disappointed. I trusted this business for years — my whole family bought from here — because I believed I was getting something of real value. Instead, when I finally received my chain, it broke almost immediately. Took it too them right after ….. After taking a closer look, I realized this wasn’t even the same chain I originally purchased — someone had clearly swapped it out.
