Unprofessional office staff The dr office staff take your money day of surgery. They don't file claim with your insurance for at least 4 months. Had to beg for my money. Went in to talk with dr huvar and he was threatening me that he doesn't have to give my money back. Had to file a claim with state of Illinois (my insurance comp helped me get a number to call). After my phone call I got my refund of around $350.00 that they owed me. It took over 6 months and many phone calls to get my money back. I would not recommend this ... read more
Mrs. Dr huvar gets an A+. What a wonderful dentist/surgeon. Can't say the same for his insurance person who simply refuses to cooperate with patients and their insurance companies. Even when the insurance company is on the patients side. "F" for this office staff!!
