Edit/Update: We took the vehicle to Robert Hutson in Thomasville. Within a couple of hours, they identified the problem (loose body frame bolt), and got it fixed. What took Moultrie's location 2 weeks to 'examine' and not even do anything about, Thomasville's location had us back in the vehicle within 3 hours. Not sure what the deal is with the service department here. My girlfriend has had to have some work done on her vehicle that was purchased from here, thankfully majority has been under warranty. Not sure what the deal is with the service department here. My girlfriend has had to have some work done on her vehicle that was purchased from here, thankfully majority has been under warranty. The salesman Shane has been a huge help throughout this, but when it comes to the service department I'm not sure what's going on.
