I have nothing but gratitude and praise for the treatment I have received from the service department at Robert Hutson. Beginning with Jeff Young, a good friend who directed me to Oscar for help with seat removal from my doggy van( long story) but my first introduction to the dealership. Van had been purchased out of town. Since then I have needed work done two different times and Cheyenne and John were amazing...very professional and friendly and quick to get us up and running again. Best service dept.ever!!!!

DO NOT SERVICE YOUR TRANSMISSION HERE, THEY WILL FLUSH IT EVERYTIME! I brought my 2018 Ford 3.5 here and told them NOT TO FLUSH just a pan drop and fill and still flushed it anyways my transmission was so smooth at 193,000 and now I can feel it. You have to watch them work because they will also overcharge you as well for labor. I’d advise to stay away and find a trusted personal mechanic. The photo below shows him already adding way too much oil and flushing it afterwards with the machine EVEN AFTER I TOLD HIM NOT TOO!
