I had the best experience buying my used truck here. Rob my salesman was great Jeff the sales manager was great. And Anne Hutson who did the paperwork was great. If you are looking for a vehicle definitely shop here. There was no pressure it was like shopping from family.
I only have two complaints about this car dealership. One employee works in the parts department. When I went back a second time to reschedule my appointment and reorder new tires for my Ford, the same person who helped me both times treated me with arrogance, rudeness, and disrespect. Because I didn't bring a slip of paper he'd given me the first time, and supposedly my information wasn't showing up on his work computer, he yelled at me that I shouldn't have left the paper.
