Dr. Horne is nothing shy of a quack and a shister! Horrible and unresponsive office staff. All he’s interested in is to get you on experimental, trial drugs so he can make money off you. DO NOT GO TO THIS IDIOT! If you value your health, go to a REAL doctor.
Dr. Horne has been one of the most knowledgeable Dr’s I have visited. His knowledge of meds is impressive. He’s been in the industry for many decades, with a great history of teaching psychs to other practitioners in town. He was able to prescribe not only the right medications he prevented a crash in medicine wrongly prescribed by others in town! Truly thankful! Surely recommend him.!

Dr. Horne treated me over 3 years ago for opiate addiction as well as ptsd. Haven’t spoken to him in the last 3 years and I called him up and told him I needed a letter written about my conditions for my claim (Im a veteran that’s filed for disability) and he said absolutely not a problem at all. Not only did he remember me and the 6 months of treatment but remembered my diagnosis and the issues and events behind my mental health and opiate problems in detail. Took a family member here and was in a weird location. Would like more improvement in customer care however. Really slow response time as well, but normal for someone his age in my opinion. I enjoyed talking to him. He is a bright man. I thank for him for service.
