I never will go back to him. He has very bad manners and does a poor job cutting your toenails.
I think he did a good job diagnosing the problem but as far treatment plan goes not so much because he said we needed to permanently avulse the nail when the other doctor I went to said we need to shave down the bony overgrowth spur.
Maybe he was having a bad day when I went, but my appointment lasted at most 5 minutes. He walked in, ignored my concerns about my feet, including pain and that I’m diabetic. He basically said that I don’t need help and to come back in a year. He cut two snips on each big toe, butchering them down to the part that hurts and walked out. He put the nail cutters back in the container with the others he snatched them out of, not disenfecting them or anything. My nails are crooked and too short, and they hurt. Dr. Hopes office was able to get me in next day and I was in and out of his office in 45 min! Very efficient and professional!
