Watch out for broken promises, missleading closing cost charges and/or lies that the "seller" covers both realitor percentages in closing cost fees. He doesnt do much to "sell" your house either. Just lists it on realitor sites like redfin and zillow; which you can do on your own and save a ton in realitor fees. No other outsourced listings on his personal website or facebook followings.
