I felt heard in my discussion with this PA! He spent more time with me than I typically feel with urgent/emergent care, he asked more questions and did more of an exam. Also didn’t feel the need to add diagnostics at this time, and explained everything very well! Got in and out in a timely manner even though I came in shortly before them closing!! Thank you for your level care!
Robert Henry is absolutely the best! I cut my thumb and needed stitches. I saw Robert Henry at BSA Urgent Care and they gave me excellent care. I needed 3 stitches, the area reattached, and my thumb is healed after 2 months and I don’t even have a visible scar! Kind, compassionate and an excellent PA!
Robert Henry, PA was very prompt, professional and thorough. His diagnosis was spot on and I felt relief by the following day. For that, I am truly grateful.
Doctor was really nice and took his time and actually talked to me. It wasn’t rushed and I didn’t feel like I was being a burden to them. We need more Doctors like him.
