Doctor was really nice and took his time and actually talked to me. It wasn’t rushed and I didn’t feel like I was being a burden to them. We need more Doctors like him.

They were so kind! I literally arrived 15 minutes before they were supposed to close bc I finally gave in after a couple of weeks of a sinus and ear infection. I felt terrible for coming in right as they were closing. But they didn’t act annoyed like some places do when you arrive near closing. The PA I saw, Robert Henry, was kind, funny and I was in and out in less than half an hour (not just bc they were closing tho that might have contributed to it lol). Highly recommend this Urgent Care!

I am very satisfied with the urgent care service with BSA. I was diagnosed with shingles and went to Plainview ER, Lubbock UMC and my own personal doctor and no one gave me the correct medication until I saw a practitioner at BSA. Thanks BSA staff for a job well done….you saved me!! Forever grateful.
