I have been visiting this practice for at least 10 years and have always been extremely happy with the service. The front desk representative, Maria, is incredibly kind, professional, and prompt. She always explains every step of the eye pressure checks and testing process, provides itemized receipts for my FSA company, and greets patients with a warm smile. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED (as a patient for more than 10 years): Dr Krause is very thoughtful, detailed-oriented and dedicated in providing care. The entire process has been gentle and calming. Jessica is lovely and has been very helpful as well.
Very nice and polite Dr. Time efficient. I think the office charged us $50 extra. sShe said eye photo was covered by insurance than changed her word.🙁
The best service and eye exam I’ve ever had. He corrected my prescription and improved my life because of that. Can’t recommend them enough.
