If I could give Dr Bruce 10 stars I would. I have been lucky to not need surgery except once before my vasectomy. Turns out I am the worst patient and I can’t help but have full on panic attacks during surgery. I suppose I would need to be put under for something more invasive. But Dr Bruce’s bedside manner during the procedure was amazing. I had to just ride out the panic attacks but the entire time, he kept me talking while doing what he needed to do. I have been a patient of Dr. Bruce for 10 years. He is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I highly recommend him and his team.
Use with caution. Go anywhere else if possible. Trying to work with Urology Austin has been a terrible experience. Overall Dr Bruce, and his PA Drew Greene, do not provide quality care, especially after surgery. The MyChart messaging system, and calling repeatedly to leave messages, for problems after surgery go unanswered. Even if you have an appointment you might not get seen.
Efficient friendly helpful reception staff !!! Went out of their way to help patients . Nursing staff very professional. Dr. Bruce is my new hero !!!! He is amazing .
So happy with Dr. Bruce and his team. He is such a wonderful, knowledgeable and experienced surgeon. Just got my surgery yesterday but he made me feel blessed Most importantly, Dr. Bruce is a strong christian who understands that it is God first and then his work which make such a difference in his work. Thank you so much Dr. Bruce! I am so grateful that you were my surgeon and told me think that I need to know that was not even in my mine!
