I have been a patient of Dr Gillespie for the past 3 years. I thought I was crazy to drive 5 hours from Indy to Cleveland to have a doctor do my bilateral shoulder replacements. I cannot tell you how lucky I am to have Dr Gillespie as my shoulder doctor. The entire staff (Nellie and Crystal) are awesome. Dr. Gillespie is by far the best shoulder doctor. In NorthEast Ohio.He is not only the best, he is. Kind, caring, and. Compassionate. He explains everything well and asks if you have any questions. He and his team work well together!
I have seen Dr. Gillespie in the past and he always provides excellent care. He is very thorough and answers all my questions, and I get great results. Today I waited an hour in the waiting room for my appointment, and as I was getting up to leave, I was called back to the exam room. I asked the nurse if I would be waiting additional time in the exam room and she said yes, likely another 30 minutes before I see him.
