We made an appointment for our child to see Dr. Medler as a follow-up to an urgent care visit because our child continued having pain and nerve issues. Although we made an appointment with Dr. Medler and were told at check in that we were seeing Dr. Medler, my son was only seen by a nurse practitioner. The nurse practitioner was very nice but minimal time was spent and no answers were given. I left there feeling as though we were seen as a nuisance/not worth the doctor’s time. Dr. Medler and staff are so caring and compassionate. Dr. Medler takes his time with patients thoroughly explaining the plan of care, exceptional bedside manner!
