I met w Sondra for a consultation for face- work, fillers and wrinkle removal. She did not explain any of the different types of processes, I have never had any cosmetic work done before. She just said I should go for the face lift, gave me brochures and rushed me out. This was at the tail end of COVID and no one even took my temperature when I arrived. I have never felt more insulted and unwelcome at a doctor’s office like this before and am really offended.
Dr Aycock and his staff are very professional. I have had many interventions to "keep up appearaces" most recently Halo with Ashley. Very thorough- results are GREAT!
I am not a big reviewer but I actually think it's important. I had quite a bit of scarring post surgery and Dr Aycock said he would fix at no cost, I had a very young child so I had to wait and I got back in contact almost 4 years later and they STILL offered to fix at no cost to me. I unfortunately had to cancel because of my child but I honestly don't think you can put a price on that level of integrity.
