My husband had a 145 apt and I had a 130 apt. He went in first and myself 15 mins later. I met him in the waiting room. He went in to the doctor, came out and said he had to have another test. He went in for the other test, came out, and I was still waiting. I went with him to check out and told the woman at the desk that I still had not been seen. She checked and said I would be next. I went back and waited another 15 minutes. Patients came and went but not me. I left!!.
Dr. Frantz & his staff are very professional & accommodating. Martha & Janet are the best! the doctor takes all the time he needs to address your issues/concerns. so glad my good friend referred me to him.
He and his staff take the time to listen and answer questions. Very easy to deal with. Even fun.
