Dr. Frantz always responds to messages in the patient portal in a timely manner. He is easy to talk with regarding my medical care, and he offers solutions first before prescribing medication.
He's been my family and my primary care physician for over 20 years. he's always attentive and he always follows up with you after visits.
Dr. Frantz always respects my opinion. His response time to emails and questions is so prompt. I am extremely comfortable with discussing issues with him.
Dr. Frantz is the best PCP I have ever had; and I've been around for over 6 decades! He never rushes an appointment, listens thoroughly, is extremely knowledgeable, only writes an Rx if there is no other treatment option. Responds promptly to messages. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Frantz has been my doctor since 2006. He's extremely thorough. He takes time and listens closely to what his patient says. He believes in getting down to the root of the patient's issue in order to prescribe treatment and/or take corrective action when possible rather than just give a temporary fix. Dr Frantz has always been professional and caring, however, since the office has been taken over by Emory, it is very difficult to get through to office for any reason. Mailboxes are full, no callbacks for 48 hrs, 48 hrs to get prescription called in, and scheduling an appt for acute issue is ridiculous. My 1st try was for one and a half weeks out, and two and a half weeks when I had to change appt the next day. That is unacceptable. I have been seeing Dr. Robert Frantz over 12 years for my RA and other bone/joint issues. I followed him from his Stn Mtn office, near my old work office, to Lilburn where he is still currently located. He is affiliated with Emory Health Care Systems. He is very attentive and caring, and never rushes me. Trusted, good quality care.
Dr. Frantz is very attentive & caring. I have been going to him for the past 2 years, along with his P.A. Kim. I am very impressed by their less is more approach - they do not overprescribe/medicate. I am a (young) senior & have seen many physicians over the years, but none as skilled in being up to date on providing the best treatment for my health.
