I am sending this email to let your Administrative Team know of my recent experience at Medical City Plano Emergency Room Team!! I was in a lot of pain and had to be taken to your ER! All people involved with my care were phenomenal! Alexis Robles,RN, Jair, EMT-D, Jacob, CT, Nikki,RN, Eric-vS and Chastity, CT were all caring, compassionate and went beyond normal to make sure that I was comfortable! Love Dr. Haynsworth! Was able to fix in 6 months what the VA couldn't do in 30+ years. Have to redo the ablation procedure every 7 months or so, but it leaves me pain free for the first time in 50 years. Highly recommend!
Horrible "Dr" - I wish to never see him ever again. First he downplayed my cancer as "just melanoma" then proceeded to tell me that we "will see if your insurance covers an xray" and he ended our first visit stating "after the MRI, we will see if we can treat you or not" - MRI results came back and his nurse calls to say it's normal wear and tear. However, the MRI shows several bulging discs and Cervical spondylosis with mild spinal canal stenosis and severe right and moderate left neural foraminal stenosis. I'm at a loss fo... read more
Dr H does all his own billing or at least what his front office chants in every breath. Don’t be surprised when you get socked with a Baylor facility fee as well which I questioned and no one on his team could speak intelligently about. They passed me right off to Baylor billing in spite of going there personally to see Michelle who I thought was going to help me.
