Great personality and very responsive. He delivered both of my sons. My wife and I only have wonderful things to say about Dr. Footer.
I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Footer... He is pragmatic, experienced, kind. His approach has been great and he has always personally followed up with me, not a nurse (although all the support staff at his office are great). One of the big pluses is that he is a sole practitioner meaning I always see or speak with him, not a different doctor every time. I was referred to him by another doctor and I'm so glad to be under his care. I drive from Arlington to see him and it is totally worth it.
