Dr. Robert McFadden is a great psychiatrist. He is intelligent and compassionate. He listens to what I am saying and then provides valuable feedback that actually helps me. I am able to express my feelings without the need to hide anything.
In 2020, during covid, my psychiatrist stopped treating patients, leaving me in a really tough situation. I was stuck and freaking out. I started calling psychiatrists, hoping someone could see me. When I called Dr. Robert McFadden, I initially got his voicemail and was discouraged at first because his voicemail stated he was not currently accepting new patients, which was the problem I continued to run into…I still left him a voicemail though asking him to call me back, hoping that he would be able to refer me to a differen... read more
Nice guy, but a terrible doctor. Dr. McFadden did not give me the proper treatment I needed when I was at Twin Oaks in NJ. This guy would have kept me down for the rest of my life if I had let him. I had to venture out and pay good money for a good psychiatrist.
Dr. Robert McFadden is the most caring, comprehensive, and intelligent psychiatrist I have ever had! He has helped me beyond measure with becoming stable, functional, and mentally well. I reached out to Dr. McFadden for an initial assessment in 2020 after a stay in the hospital and have continued working with him since.
