Dr. Robert Dixon and his staff go the extra mile to make sure your visit with them is a very positive experience! They always answer any questions I may have and explain the procedures before they begin. They are very professional and personal at the same time. They are the absolute BEST at what they do for their patients!
On Monday I called Dr. Dixon.s office to schedule an Appt. regarding a toothache,and I was offered 3 different times on the next day from which to select. Dr. Dixon ran some tests on the tooth and explained the x-ray in layman's terms so I understood what the problem was. Great service once again!
Dr. Dickson and his staff are always top notch, professional people. My husband and I have been going for our dental work to Dr. Robert Dixon's dad and now to him. Always a great pleasure to be with long-time friend Robert Dixon - this time especially since his wife Brenda was present. My wife Judy enjoyed her first session with Leah, and my session with Jenny included some delightful conversation. As usual, we were warmly greeted by Diann who had scheduled the visit and had sent helpful reminders. We received the best possible care and left with renewed appreciation for everyone associated with the practice.
